Our watches go through several stages before shipment, including part inspection, assembly, and a final quality check.
Depending on our current stock levels, it can take between 2 and 14 days to prepare your order. We always aim to deliver as quickly as possible.

It can take anywhere from 2 to 14 days for your watch to be made, as every component is carefully inspected before assembly. Our team takes great care in crafting each piece to ensure exceptional quality. Once assembled, every watch undergoes a final inspection before shipping.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We charge a standard £6 delivery fee for watches shipped within mainland UK. For international orders, shipping rates may vary depending on the destination.

ARE YOUR WATCHES WATERPROOF?
Our watches’ water resistance ratings are listed on each product page. As standard, each watch is designed to handle everyday exposure to water such as washing your hands or being caught in the rain.
However, we do not recommend showering or swimming with your watch unless specifically stated otherwise.

We are not affiliated with Seiko in any way. Seiko offers its well-crafted and time-tested movements through a subsidiary company called TMI, from which we source genuine Seiko movements.
This ensures the same level of reliability and precision that Seiko is known for while maintaining our independence as a brand.
